One of my all-time favourite films.

Thanks for setting up a tribute site for this classic

The comment I'm a flibbertigibbet inspired the name of the little decorations for Croc shoes.

I have watched this movie at least 25 times and every time I watch I see another bit of wisdom the most outstanding one being the luggage or baggage we drag around can be of benefit or detriment it is our choice. I think Shanley is a genius and a prophet.

Today is my birthday, and I would love to sail away from the things of man, my love, away from the things of man.

The link to the MP3 doesn't work. Where can you get the songs.

Not silly at all, Rob. I hadn't thought of the boxes as one of the zig-zags. I'm sure I missed others. Share what you come up with on it.

One other thing, anybody count the number of "crooked roads" in the movie? The factory scenes would of course be the toughest with all those boxes, but I hope to make a count one day. Silly, I know.

"May you live to be a thousand years old sir." That luggage salesman is a wonderful character. I look forward to his pitch every time I watch the movie.

I want that lamp! Any one have news on where to get even a bad copy?

I agree about the 2 kinds of people in the world. One of my co-workers, just out of the blue, said how much she hated that one Hank's movie... you know the volcano movie. I felt crushed. Nice to see so many pages of fans here! Cheers!

A few of the sets are kind of dicey and a few of the charactars are overdone but I just love this little gem of a movie. One of my absolute all-time favorites.

I would LOVE a copy of the sheet music for the cowboy song to play on my uke. Has anyone come up with that?
